Most sleeves stop past the fullest point of the bicep, so the fabric flares out and fills the gap with air. Ours is set higher, where the arm is still tapering. The arm frames itself.
Most tees are cut as a straight tube, the same width at chest and hip, so they hang off your chest and box out at your waist. Ours narrows below the chest, then releases. A V instead of a box.
