Where We Ship

We ship to USA + Canada currently from Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Order Processing Times

We usually pack and ship orders within 2 business days — but please allow up to 5 business days during high-volume periods or holidays.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed — we move fast!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

USA + Canada

Standard — $10 (3–7 business days)

Express — $15 (2–4 business days)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Some factors — like customs, holidays, or rural destinations — may cause delays.

If it’s been 12+ business days since your ship date and you haven’t received your order, email us at support@aurenathleisure.com and we’ll help out.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us by the carrier, we’ll refund the product cost.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
