Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

  • Free size exchange within 30 days of delivery

  • Returns are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from delivery

To start a return or exchange, email support@aurenathleisure.com with your order number.

Tracked shipping required: Customers must send all returns using tracked shipping. We can’t issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

 

To be eligible, your return must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Have tags still attached

  • Be in the original packaging (plastic included)

  • Be shipped with tracking

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Heads up: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
