Returns are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from delivery
To start a return or exchange, email support@aurenathleisure.com with your order number.
Tracked shipping required: Customers must send all returns using tracked shipping. We can’t issue refunds for packages lost in transit.
To be eligible, your return must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Have tags still attached

Be in the original packaging (plastic included)

Be shipped with tracking
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Heads up: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
