Easy Returns for Store Credit

We get it, sometimes it’s not quite right. You can return eligible items for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Just email support@aurenathleisure.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get you set up.


To be eligible, your return must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Have tags still attached

  • Be in the original packaging (plastic included)

  • Be shipped with tracking (we can’t refund lost packages)

Heads up: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your expense — just use the most affordable tracked option available in your area.


What You’ll Get

Once approved and received, we’ll issue store credit for the item(s) and any applicable taxes.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
