What currency are your prices in?

All prices are shown in USD (US Dollars).

When do new items launch?

We don’t always set release dates - our drops can go fast. To stay ahead of new or limited releases, join our newsletter and get first dibs.

Will sold out items come back?

We regularly restock bestsellers. Hit the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get an alert the second it’s back.

Not sure what size to get?

We’ve got you - just check the fit guide and measurements listed on each product page. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll help.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your online return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only, as long as items are unworn, with tags.
Final sale items, socks, underwear, gift cards are not returnable.

We ship to USA and Canada currently.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If it’s been 12+ business days or your tracking hasn’t updated, contact us at support@aurenathleisure.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Do you offer price adjustments? 

We do not offer price adjustments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can’t be changed once placed — we ship fast to get things to you quickly.

USA + Canada

Standard — $10 (3–7 business days)

Express — $15 (2–4 business days)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Can I use my discount code during Black Friday?

All discount codes are disabled during the Black Friday sale - they'll return after the event ends.
